Chic in Amagansett: Tiina

I had never visited Amagansett before, except driving through it, so I was excited to explore this cute little town on my recent trip out East. I was especially excited to visit TIINA, the store owned by former model and stylist Tiina Laakkonen. Tiina hails from Finland as do many of the home wares that are mixed in with the fabulous fashions. This is the place to find perfect striped rugs for your summer house or even your Manhattan apartment as well as Ancient Greek sandals and Olatz pajamas. Tiina has styled stars such as Julianne Moore and Carey Mulligan so if she's in the store when you visit, she might be able to work her magic on you too.

It's been grey and rainy in New York which seems fitting since I've been under the weather. What better time to revisit my recent visit to Montauk. It was a gorgeous day that everyone enjoyed as you will see below. Bon weekend!

Chic in Sag Harbor: MONC XIII

Across the street from Bloom is another great home store called MONC XIII. It opened last year to rave reviews but this was my first time visiting. I especially loved the French linens and leather clad coolers. The Hermes china wasn't too shabby either. Definitely check it out on your next visit to Sag Harbor.
