One thing that's hard to find in the United States is a bust. And I don't mean the surgically enhanced kind. Visit LA and you will see a million. I'm talking about marble busts and also heads and torsos. They are more commonly found from European antiques dealers and occasionally the flea market. The scarcity of busts here makes me jealous of Madrid based interior designer Luis Bustamante who seems to use them and other marble pieces in all of his designs. After seeing them all, I think another trip to Europe might have to be planned soon.
