As I mentioned, I have spent most of the week with Alice Ryan and her five year old son and 16 month old daughter. It was a great introduction to the North Fork and a crash course in child rearing. I have a new found appreciation for all parents and especially those who have boys with endless energy. Some of the trees out East were already starting to turn which makes me sad that summer is almost over but also excited for autumn. Hope you enjoy the last unofficial weekend of summer wherever you are spending it.
