The chicest new store in Paris has to be The Broken Arm. It's minimal and modern but carries the best brands like Raf Simons, Kenzo, and Phillip Lim, along side books, jewelry, and even art supplies. I couldn't resist buying a beautiful pack of Faber-Castell pens on my visit. It also has a cute cafe attached so you can revive yourself after a day of shopping in the Marais.
